HEDGE DIED THIS MORNING Well Known Jefferson County Farmer Is Summoned David B. Hedge, well known Jefferson county farmer, passed away at his home near here at 4:10 o'clock this morning as the result of a stroke which he suffered September 5, 1930. He has been in failing health ever since. He was born June 20, 1858 and sixty-two years ago Mr. Hedge and his parents moved to a farm three miles north of Fairfield where he has since made his home. He is survived by two children, Charles W. Hedger of Brighton and Mrs. Roy Jewell of Fairfield. He also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Emma Sayers of Centra City, Neb., and Mrs. Jennie Inghram of Omaha, Neb., also a cousin, Mrs. Lucy Warner of Fairfield. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Pleasant Grove church in charge of Rev. W. W. Pool and Rev. J. C. Porath. Interment in Evergreen cemetery.
