Description	:	Dorothy June Anderson, one of 13 children born to George and Frances Ellen Dunken Ferebee, was born June 18, 1901, on a farm northwest of Nelson and passed away November 22, 1980, at the hospital in Superior at the age of 79 years, 5 months and 4 days. She attended the Star School northwest of Nelson and has lived most of her life in the Nelson area. September 21, 1921, Dorothy was united in marriage to Willis F. Brown at Julesburg, Colorado. To this union five children were born. Dorothy was a member of the United Brethren Church north of Nelson at an early age, later attending the Nelson and Nora Methodist Churches. She was a member of Rebekah Lodge #148 in Nelson, Naomi Circle and U.M.W. Nelson. Dorothy's husband, Willis, died October 12, 1947. May 1, 1966, she was united in marriage to Morris Anderson at Hebron. She enjoyed being with people and loved life with others very much. She was very energetic and enjoyed working with her flowers. Dorothy was preceded in death by both her parents, her husband, Morris, who died November 4, 1971, 6 sisters and 4 brothers. Survivors include her children, Mrs. Bill (Melba) Lynch of Nora, Mrs. Robert (Rhea) Kulek of Guide Rock, Mrs. Diane Collins of Nelson, Stephen Brown of Bonham, Texas, Mrs. Gary (Joannette) Kubicek of Oak; her brother, Arbor Ferebee of Edgar; her sister, Ada Willoughby of Sacramento, California; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 1980, from the Nelson Methodist Church with Rev. Janet Baernstein officiating. Burial was in the Nelson Cemetery with Klawitter Funeral Home of Nelson in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were Wayne Brown, Mitchell Kubicek, James Lynch, Jerry Lynch, Robert Kulek, Jr., Thomas Kulek, Steven Kulek, David Kulek, Barry Collins, Brian Collins, Jeffrey Collins and Mark Collins.
