On Aug. 4, 1914, he was married to Martha Bender, who died on Feb. 12, 1970. On June 18, 1972, he was married to Abbie Blosser, who died on Oct. 29, 1972. Surviving are 2 daughters (Edith-Mrs. Gideon Yoder and Mary-Mrs. Randall Davis), one son (Raymond), 6 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
