The Rev. E. M. Buehler was in charge of the final rites and burial was made in the Villisca Cemetery. L. Wheeler. Elijah allen Overman, son of Joseph and Mary Overman, was born in Rainboro, Ohio, September 15, 1864 and came with his parents to Villisca when he was three years of age. He lived all his life here expect the last 19 yeas spent in Concord and Delaware, Oklahoma. He was a member of the All Souls Unitarian Church. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Cory B. and Milton, being survived by a sister, Mamie Boorse and a brother, Dempsey, both of Concord, Oklahoma, five nieces and two nephews and a sister-in-law, Mrs. C.
