Blasi, 90, Atchison, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2002, at an Atchison hospital. She was born Dec. 26, 1911, in the Eden community in northwestern Atchison County, to Thomas and Ida Molt Gormley. She was a child care provider for several years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Atchison, the Altar Society and Quilters group at the church, and the auxiliary to Jackson Post No. 1175 of Veterans of Foreign Wars in Atchison. She married John Enzbrenner in 1936. They owned and operated the Squeeze-Inn Tavern in Atchison for several years before his death. She married Arnold Blasi in 1948. They owned and operated the Parallel Trailer Court in Atchison. He also preceded her in death. A son, Harold Enzbrenner, died Nov. 5, 2000. Survivors include four sons, John Enzbrenner, Ken Blasi and Joe Blasi, all in Atchison, and Frank Enzbrenner, Owasso, Okla.; two daughters, Dorothy Pickman, Atchison, and Mary Kokias, Littleton, Colo.; a brother, Gerald Gormley, Reserve; two sisters, Catherine Greiveldinger and Anna Anslinger, both in Atchison; 30 grandchildren; and 63 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Atchison. Burial will be in St. Louis Catholic Cemetery in the Good Intent community west of Atchison. A parish rosary at 7 p.m. today at Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home in Atchison will be followed by visitation until 8:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or Catholic Elementary Schools, all in Atchison, 66002. The is John Enzbrenner of Atchison and the bride is Miss Elizabeth Gormley of near Huron. The ceremony of took place in St. Louis church in the country. Father Raymond, O.S.B. officiating. The bride was attended by Miss Anna Saure of Effingham. The best man was Ernest Enzbrenner, brother of the groom. Next Monday evening the bridal couple will give a dance for their friends in St. Louis church Hall. Mrs. Enzbrenner is the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Gormley of near Huron. John Enzbrenner jr., is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Enbrenner and is proprietor of "The Squeeze Inn." on Upper Commercial street, in Athison.
