Description	:	Mrs. Ellen C. Peterson, 87, a Longtime Kenmare area resident, passed away Monday at the Kenmare Deaconess Hospital. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Thursday, at 2 p.m.. from the First Baptist Church of Kenmare with interment to follow at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, north of Kenmare. Rev. Eugene Clott will officiate at the service Mrs. Deanna Ankenbauer will be organist and Rev, and Mrs. Clott. She married Christ Frank Peterson on October 24, 1911, at Norma, and following their marriage, they farmed in the Norma area. Mr. Peterson died in 1942. Mrs. Peterson moved into Kenmare in 1943. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Kenmare and of the church's mission circle and a past member of the Fairbanks Homemakers Club. She is survived by one brother, Oscar Nordstrom of Minot, and a sister, Mrs. Amalia Nelson, a resident of the Mountrail Bethel Home at Stanley; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends may call at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
