Description	:	Daughter of William & Grace (Walker) Doggett. She graduated from Lincoln High in Lincoln, Nebraska. She moved to California where she attended Business College. While in California she worked for Selznik Studio's during the making of "Gone With The Wind" . During the making of this film, Florence was asked to crochet a shaw which was worn by the actress who played Melanie in the movie. She was a secretary for Jack Byrnes Insurance Company in Columbus for many years. In 1970, she joined the Columbus Police Department as the Communications Operator. She retired from the police department in 1985. Florence, known as "Bobo" to her family and close friends, was an avid reader and enjoyed visiting the Columbus Public Library. She also enjoyed attending the Columbus Senior Center. Besides reading, her time was spent crocheting and doing needlework and playing bridge. She was a member of the Federated Church, the Ladies Auxillary VFW and the American Association of Retired Persons.
