Description	:	Frances Adeline "Adelaide" Dubas, 102, of Fullerton, passed away Monday, August 17, 2020, at her home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 21, 2020, at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Fullerton with Reverend David Fulton officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Fullerton. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary service at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Fullerton. Frances was born June 21, 1918 to Joseph and Monica (Czapla) Dubas Sr. in rural Palmer. She was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith. She attended a country school west of Fullerton and Fullerton High School. After high school, Frances worked in the J.H. Bahr home, then in the County Assessor's office with Ben Ainley and, later, was employed at the Fairmont Creamery in Fullerton until it closed. She began a long career of 32 years with the J.M. McDonald's department store as a salesclerk, seamstress, bookkeeper, and then as a manager until it closed in 1976. She transferred to the J.M. McDonald store in Central City for one year. Frances became the manager of the Fulco dime store, which later became King's Variety. She retired in 1998 at the age of 80. Frances stayed very busy as a seamstress, altering clothing for another 10 years until her vision declined. Frances is survived by her sister, Anna Dubas of Fullerton; brother-in-law, Ed Voichahoske of Fullerton; sister-in-law, Donna Dubas of Fullerton; nieces, Rose (Jim) Jarosz, Kathleen Dubas, Nadine (Steve) Johnson, Lori (Al) Spenner, Kelly (Dave) Konwinski, and Kim (Randy) Cox; nephews, Keith Dubas, Roger (Mary) Wozny, Paul (Sherry) Wozny, Mark Wozny, Tim (Sheryl) Wozny, Mike (friend, Jean Urkoski) Voichahoske, Al Voichahoske, Don (Kathy) Voichahoske, Pat (Stephanie) Voichahoske, and Jeff (friend, Sallie Muller) Dubas; and many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Monica Dubas; brothers, Joseph (Florence) Dubas, Virgil and Ray Dubas; infant twin brothers, Dominek and Alois Dubas; sisters, Valeria (Norbert) Wozny and Marcyanna Voichahoske; and nephews, Kenneth Dubas and Brian Wozny.
