Leonard, 65, who died Thursday at his home northeast of Villisca. Mrs. Bertha Peters of Villisca conducted the final rites assisted by Rev. The body was brought to the Wolfe Chapel here where it remains until time of the funeral. Frank Andrew Leonard, son of Jacob and Esther Roth Leonard, was born in Lafayette County, Wisconsin, December 8, 1876. When he was 5 months old, his parents moved to their farm near Grant, where he grew to manhood. He was married March 29, 1905 to Josephine Hedstrom at her home in Montgomery County between Sciola and Strand and the first 13 years of their life was spent in Elliott where Mr. Leonard was engaged in the stock buying business with hie brother Henry. Since that time he had been engaged in farming northeast of Villisca in Adams and Montgomery Counties. He was a member of the Elliott Christian Church, serving as decor for six ears. Although he retained his membership at Elliott, he had been regular in attendance at the Sciola church in later years/ Hid father, mother, one brother, Ben, and two sisters, Della Parker and Clara Cooper preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, and daughter, Anna Marie who lives at home and is a teacher in the Grant School; also a brother, Henry of Grant and a sister, mrs. Lillie Cury of Marsden, Nebraska.
