Description	:	Funeral services for Genevieve M. Hall, age 89 of Creighton, Nebraska, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at Brockhaus Funeral Home in Creighton. Pastor Lowell Myers will officiate, with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery at Bazile Mills, Nebraska. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Genevieve died Friday, February 24, 2012 at Avera Creighton Care Centre. Genevieve May (Myers) Hall, daughter of George and Ethel (Smith) Myers, was born May 19, 1922 at Creighton, Nebraska. She grew up on the Myers family farm in Cleveland Township, northeast of Creighton, and attended Creighton High School. On April 6, 1941, Genevieve was married to Clarence C. Hall in Creighton, and four children were born to them. Genevieve and Clarence farmed in the Creighton area, eventually retiring to Bazile Mills, where they lived until Clarence's death in 1996. Genevieve later moved into Creighton, where she was a member of Grace Bible Church. Genevieve is survived by her sons, Jerry L. (Jan) Hall of Great Falls, Montana, and Richard C. (Jeanne) Hall of Onawa, Iowa; daughter, Pamela S. (Kit) Kelley, of Omaha, Nebraska; grandchildren, Jeff Hall of Burbank, California, Dr. Michael (Dr. Esther) Hall of Portland, Oregon, Brett Hall of Des Moines, Iowa, and Genna (Brad) Harson of Sioux City, Iowa; brothers, Milton (Lucille) Myers, Gerald (Vida) Myers, and Junior Myers, all of Creighton, Nebraska, and Don (Sue) Myers of San Antonio, Texas; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Charles Hall; a son; parents, George and Ethel Myers; and sisters, Florence Myers, Dorothy Zila, and Vera Strope.
