Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, July 13, 2020 at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel in Independence, Virginia by Rev. Rodney Christman. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Independence, Virginia. Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home is serving the Stoots family.
