Description	:	Helen Elizabeth Denny, 91, the daughter of Robert Andrew Reed Martin and Martha Elizabeth McCrory Martin, was born Nov. 22, 1906, at Mt. Clare. She died Sept. 16 at the Good Samaritan Center, Superior. Raised in the Mt. Clare community, she attended and graduated from Superior High School. On Oct. 15, 1930, in Mt. Clare, she married Robert G. Denny. They lived in Superior where they owned and operated the Denny Furniture Store and Funeral Home. She moved to the Good Samaritan Center in 1994. Clare, she married Robert G. Denny. They lived in Superior where they owned and operated the Denny Furniture Store and Funeral Home. She moved to the Good Samaritan Center in 1994. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star, of which she was a past matron, Bridgettes and New deal Bridge Club. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband on Feb. 10, 1989; two sisters, Fern Stevens and Eleanor Friend. She is survived by two brothers, Harold Martin, Superior, and Ray Martin, Meridian, Idaho. Services were held Saturday from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home Chapel in Superior, with the Rev. Harold Backus officiating. Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery, Superior. Superior Express, Thursday, May 24, 1998
