Mr. Bulitz was born in Prenzlau, Germany, in the year of 1836, being 81 years old at the time of his demise. He came to America when 27 years of age and took up the occupation of farming, which he continued for many years, retiring from active work, however, some years ago. Since the death of his wife, twenty years ago, Mr. Bulitz had made his home with his daughter at her farm home northeast of Cairo. Early in youth he united with the German Methodist church, and for the past fifteen years has been a staunch member of the Methodist church at Cairo. He leaves to mourn his loss three daughters, Mrs. Pauline Thienel, of Cairo, Mrs. Don Whitefoot, of Boelus, Mrs Philip Glause, of St. Libory, one son, Albert Bulitz of Hampton; two sisters residing in Germany, one brother residing in South Dakota, and also eighteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock, from the home of his daughter, four miles northeast of Cairo, after which the remains will be taken to the Evangelical church ten miles north of Grand Island, where short services will be held and interment made.
