He grew up and was educated at Watson Chapel. He attended business school at LeTourneau Tech in Longview, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Jean Sasser Watson, to whom he was married Oct. 18, 1947; one son, Larry Watson of Montgomery, Texas; two daughters, Janet Watson Brewer of Rogers and Debbie Watson Hamilton of Dallas; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services in Pine Bluff, www.FullerHaleSouth.com. Predeceased by four brothers, Ralph Watson, Jack Watson, Virginius Watson, and Joe Watson. Survivors: His wife, Jean Sasser Watson, whom he married on Oct. 18, 1947 at Little Rock; son, Larry Watson of Montgomery, Texas; daughters, Janet Watson Brewer of Rogers and Debbie Watson Hamilton of Dallas, Texas; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
