Mrs. MARTIN was born Feb. 23, 1925, in Milwaukee, Wis., the daughter of William C. and Della Marie HENNING PRAEFKE. She married Don E. MARTIN Sr. Nov. 26, 1942, in Milwaukee. Mrs. MARTIN lived in the Fairfield community since 1948. She was a homemaker. Mrs. MARTIN was a member of First Lutheran Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed dancing, collecting dolls and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her husband; one son, Donald E. MARTIN Jr. and wife Jo Ann of Fairfield; one daughter, Mary Jean WAUGH and husband Dale of Stewartville, Minn.; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Sandra DeSMIT; five brothers, Donald, Lawrence, Elmer, Herb and Roy PRAEFKE; and one sister, Ethel WYMER.
