Read More	Georgetown Times December 8 1933 Young man fatally hurt when truck runs into death Jesse Thomas Howard died from Wreck Injuries Fatally injured in a truck wreck Monday morning Jesse Thomas Howard died from internal hemorrhages in a Conway Hospital about six o'clock Tuesday evening. Jesse Howard was going for a load of wood on a truck driven by his brother Cecil Johnnie Johnson was with them. Near the road that leads into Dave Johnson's home the truck suddenly plunged into the ditch. Whether Jesse was thrown from the truck of jumped is not known. However, he was picked up after the accident and rushed to Georgetown. A physician here examined him and advised hospital treatment. Jesse was taken to Conway and placed in the hospital there. On the way he bled profusely through the mouth. There it was found that had received a severe gash on the back of his head and internal injuries. Several ribs were broken causing internal bleeding which caused his death on Tuesday. Cecil Howard and Johnnie Johnson received severe shakings in the wreck were lacerated about the faces by flying glass but escaped serious injury. No reason could be given for the accident. The funeral service for Jesse Howard was held from the home of Mr and Mrs BF Wynn Wednesday afternoon by the Rev Maxie Collins. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. Pall bears were LR Ambrose Henry Howard, Austin Johnson, Richard Johnson, Fletcher Carraway, Harry Carraway, and JW Parsons. Surviving are Jesse's parents Mr and Mrs GT Howard three brothers Obbie, Riley, and Cecil Howard, and five sisters Mrs BF Wynn, Mrs HB Wall, Mrs SL Moree Nita and Louise Howard.
