Msgr. Leo Lenz as celebrant. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Huffman Memorial Chapel in Lake City after 2 p.m. Tuesday. Mr. Daiker is survived by his wife, Caroline, Auburn; five daughters, Mabel Schug, Auburn; Drusilla Abney, Minnesota; Coletta Mohr, Varina; Ethel Dress, Minnesota, and Marietta Kanne, Lidderdale; five sons: LeRoy, Mission, Tex.; Leonard, Fapata, Tex.; Cornelius, Auburn; Ivan, Onemmia, Minn., and Warren, Lohrville; 56 grandchildren and 86 great grandchildren; a brother, William Daiker, and a sister, Anna Gruber, both of Emmetsburg. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son John, an infant daughter, three brothers and a sister. Mr. Daiker was born in Carroll June 22, 1893, a son of John and Mary Catherine Nuesberg (Neuerburg) Daiker. He was married to Caroline Thelen on October 14, 1914, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel church at Mount Carmel.
