Eleanor was the widow of Elisha Morris who died in Monroe Co. in 1841. Eleanor had six small children with Elisha during their brief marriage. Joshua and Eleanor had an additional seven children together: Samuel, Mary Ellen, Vincent J., Thomas, charles, John M. and George Capper.
