Read More	Joyce Amanda Ramaker, 70, Clermont, Iowa, died Sunday, September 12, 2010, at her home. Joyce was born on November 11, 1939, at home in Fayette, Iowa, to Lyle and Mildred (Woodson) Mabb. She attended school in Clermont. She worked at Jazzes Inn in Clermont and Old Times in Clermont. Joyce was united in marriage to Carl Ramaker on December 4, 1965, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. They were proud parents of three children. Joyce worked at the Clermont Pin Co., Iowa Turkey Plant in Postville and Atwood in West Union. Joyce and Carl ran a consignment shop and a flower shop. Joyce was quite a prankster. She enjoyed playing jokes on hospital staff while her stay in Rochester, MN. She liked attending parades, decorating, playing cards, watching car races and making sure everyone was well fed. She loved to laugh, listen to polka and goof around. Most of all she loved spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her three children, Pamela (Tony) Schlee, Elgin, Thomas Ramaker, Clermont, Victoria Tash, Clermont; five grandchildren, Matthew MacTaggart, Melissa MacTaggart, Marshall MacTaggart, Thora Tash, Tomi Tash; two great-grandchildren, Caleb Hammel and Cashton MacTaggart-Kottman; two sisters, Joanne (Dennis) Dryer, Clermont, Gail Herman, Clermont; one brother, Mervil (Lavonne) Mabb, Postville and two special people, Bradley Normann and Shae Moncada. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Carl on April 8, 2008; one brother, Gene Mabb and one sister, Wanda Mabb. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2010, at 11:00 am at the West Clermont Lutheran Church in Clermont, Iowa. The Rev. Dwight Albers will officiate. Burial will follow in the God's Acres Cemetery in Clermont, Iowa.
