Kenneth "Kenny" Dwain Green, October 4th 1940 - February 20th 2014. Resident of Tabor, Iowa. After a courageous 12-year battle with cancer, Kenny passed away peacefully at his home in Tabor. Kenneth was born in Fairfield, Iowa and raised in Ottumwa, Iowa. He was a Cowboy, Farmer and Businessman. He was one of three children born to the late Carlus and Murl Green. Kenny is survived by his brother Richard Green, and preceded in death by his sister Linda Doggett. Kenny was the beloved husband of Carol Norton, and will forever be remembered by his beloved children, Marty Green, Shelly Green, Diana Anderson, Scott Green and Tony Green, treasured grandchildren, Candace Palmer, Nick Locke, Maegan Fortin, Emily Emblom, Alec Johannesman, Spencer Johannesman, Austin Green, Colten Green, Rocky Green and Morgan Green; great-grandchildren, Lincoln Palmer, Loycee Palmer, Ethan Fortin, Christopher Fortin Jr and Andrew Martin, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him. Kenny loved listening to country music, playing guitar, laughing, having fun with friends, teaching his great grandchildren, and most of all, being with his family. Kenny touched the lives of many people with his smile and infectious laugh, and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end.
