Description	:	Clyde Voice Republican, Feb. 28, 1929 Leda Bechard was born near Clyde March 27, 1890, and departed this life February 21, after a brief illness. When only two years of age, she with her parents, moved to Stroud, Oklahoma, where she lived for 10 years, then moving back to Clyde. On January 9, 1911, she was united in marriage to Peter Racette of St. Joe. To this union four children were born, Theressa Schumaker of Clifton; Raymond, Rena and Pauline, at home. She was a devoted wife and mother and her loss will long be felt, especially by her husband and little... Funeral services were held at St. John's Catholic Church Saturday morning and interment was made at Mount Calvary. Besides her husband and children she leaves to mourn her father, Joe Bechard; sisters, Alma Bechard and Millie Urban, and brother, Ed Bechard, besides a host of friends.
