Chico Daily Record, Friday, February 18, 1898, pg 4 col 2: Death of a Child. Mr. and Mrs. Judson Albright Lose Their Son. Lewis Chesla Albright, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Judson Albright, passed away yesterday morning, the cause of death being pneumonia. The child had been sick only about two weeks and his death was a severe shock to the father and mother, for he was their first born. Deceased was aged 1 year 2 months and 6 days. Some months ago the child was brought near death’s door by an abscess which formed on the little ones neck, but constant care and medical skill saved its life. The funeral will take place from the residence, corner of Fourth and Cedar streets, Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock. The service will be conducted by L.A.
