Linford was born May 20, 1924 in West Unity to the late Clem C. and Alta (Boorean) Warner. He married Martha M. Michael on September 29, 1945 in Ney, Ohio, and she preceded him in death on July 2, 2010. Linford worked for the former Pet Milk Company for over 34 years. Surviving is his sister, Carolann (Raymond) Folk of Bryan; brother-in-law, Lavern Lanzer of Napoleon along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Martha, two brothers, Carl and Maurice Warner and one sister, Joyce Lanzer. There will be no visitation and graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Ney Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Doseck officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home & Crematory, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider contribution to the charity of the donor's choice.
