Cave, age 74, who passed away at her home July 4. The Rev. J.L. Garland, pastor, was in charge of the services. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were Fred and Earl Kamrath, Ernest Larson, Leonard Clough, Lawrence Holmes and Henry Ehrenberg. Louise M. Louise M. Saunders, daughter of Wm. and Martha Saunders, was born on the old homestead at Bazile Mills. She was united in marriage with Asa P. Cave on Feb. 7, 1900. To this union were born one daughter and two sons, all of whom survive. After several years spent living at Winnetoon, Bethany and Lichfield, Ill., they returned to the home farm, where they resided until the spring of 1949, when they moved to Creighton. For the past year she has been bedfast, following a broken knee and a stroke, which paralyzed the entire left side of her body. In October of 1946, she suffered a broken hip from which she never fully recovered. Mrs. Cave was a charter member of the Grace Bible church. Surviving are her three children, Robert of Saginaw, Mich., Burdett of Bay City, Mich. and Mrs. Martha Ehrenberg; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband, who died Jan. 22 of this year, 16 days before they would have celebrated their golden wedding anniversary; her parents; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Kannow and Mrs. Lydia Gay and a brother, Wm.
