Description	:	OBIT: Mrs. Louise Marie [Beck] Daviscourt, wife of Emil Daviscourt, prominent Centralia businessman, committed suicide last night at the family home by shooting herself through the heart with a shotgun. Despondency over ill health is attributed as the cause for her act. She underwent an operation two years ago, suffering since from an incurable malady, and has been in mental distress. Left alone for a few minutes last night, Mrs. Daviscourt went into a closet, leaned against the muzzle of the gun and pulled the trigger. Her body was discovered by her husband and son. Mrs. Daviscourt was 44 years of age and had resided here the last eight years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children: Lloyd, Eleanor and Matthew; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Beck of Spokane, and two brothers, Fred C. of Spokane and Charles of Wenatchee. She was a member of the Catholic Church and Altar Society and her death was a shock not only to members of the family, but a wide circle of friends.
