Read More	A Tragic Auto Mobile Accident Car Plunged Off Bridge Killed two and Burned Them Badly May Olson age fifteen years and Clarence Kraus aged eleven, met a tragic death last Sunday Morning, ten miles west of Crofton while on their way to sunday School, when their car plunged off a bridge into the creek ten feet below landing bottomside up in the water, caught fire, pinning them beneath. Margaret Wilson aged fifteen years, who also was in the car when the accident occured either jumped from the machine or was thrown clear of the wreckage in the fall. Just how the accident occurred has not been determined, it is believed however, that the steering gear locked as the car was crossing the bridge. It could be seen that the automobile veered to the south, then turned abruptly north and plunged off the bridge. The two girls were riding in the front sear with the Olson Girl driving and the boy in the rear seat. Miss Wilson ran to the McCartney fram nearby, for aid and George McCartney and Horace Hall came to the rescue. They attempted to lift the burning car so as to release the two pinned underneath but were unsuccessful. With the arrival of more help the car was lifed with the aid of ropes, but the two children were dead when extricated that Miss Olson was killed instantaneously, but it is a question whether young Krause was killed outright or whether he died from the effects of burns or from gas fumes. Both of the bodies were badly burned. Miss Olson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Olson, Farmers living in the Addison neighorhood north weat of here. She was said to have been an expert driver and had driven her father's cars for a number of years. Clarence Krause lost his mother about four years ago and the past two years had made his home with the Clarence Wilson family. Margaret Wilson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wilson, and the accident occurred in the road less than mile east from the Wilson home. Funeral service for both the boy and the girl were held Monday afternoon, Mae Olson was buried in the Swedish Cemetery three and one half northweast of here and the boy weas buried in the Bloomfield cemetery
