Description	:	Margaret L. McHaley ,79 of Wathena, KS. formerly of Atchison, KS. died Monday, May 30th 2011 at the Wathena Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Private Family Memorial services will be at a later date. The body has been cremated and burial of the cremated remains will be in the Sunset Memory Gardens. No visitation or public services will be held. The Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions are suggested to help with funeral expenses. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family, friends. She has lived at the Wathena nursing home for over ten years and enjoyed doing activities, country music and "Kid Rock". She was a wonderful mother, and will be sadly missed. She was married to Eugene F. McHaley, on Jan 18, 1948 in Nebraska City, NE., Mr. McHaley preceded her in death on May 9, 1997. Survivors include; two daughters; Vickie Sue McHaley, Jeannie McHaley, two sons; Rick (Barbara) McHaley, and Kevin McHaley, all of Atchison, KS., three brothers, five sisters, and several grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her parents, husband Eugene, three infant sons, and one infant daughter, two brothers, and three sisters preceded her in death.
