PHILLIPS CALLED BY DEATH; SERVICES MONDAY Mrs. I. K. Phillips, 78, Louise Ave., died Friday at 10 a.m. in Bellevue Hospital following a serious illness of several days. Mrs. Phillips, who was born at Defiance, O., Oct. 14, 1876, was the daughter of Aaron and Margaret Moore Nicely. She had been a resident of Bellevue for 45 years. On Oct. 17, 1894 she married I. K. Phillips at Defiance, O. The couple observed their 60th wedding anniversary last October. Mrs. Phillips survivors include her husband, Kelley; three daughters, Mrs. F. B. Boyer, Dearborn, Mich., Mrs. Edward Kane, Conneaut, O., Mrs. G. W. Martin, Bellevue; three sons, Russell Phillips, Jacksonvile, Fla., G. H. Phillips and K. E. Phillips, Bellevue; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. L. B. McCollister, Cleveland, O., and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sons, Roy, Clair and Rudy, a sister and four brothers. She was a member of the First Congregational Church and the Forresters. Funeral Services will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. in the Waters and Smith Funeral Home. The Rev. Gerald H. Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today after 7 p.m.
