Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, at St. Francis Xavier Basilica, Dyersville, with the Rev. Phil Kruse officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, at Kramer Funeral Home, Dyersville, where a parish scripture service will be at 4 p.m. She was born on Nov. 11, 1923, in Holy Cross, daughter of Leo and Hedwig (Koch) Kluesner. She attended and graduated from Immaculate Conception Academy, Dubuque, in 1941. She married Frank C. Willenbring on Oct. 10, 1945, in Holy Cross; he preceded her in death on Oct. 16, 1993. Together, they farmed in the Luxemburg area until 1971, when they moved to Dyersville. Mary Jane worked at the former Piekenbrock Sewing Co. for 25 years, while in Dyersville. She was a volunteer at Mercy Medical Center-Dyersville, and it's Auxiliary, and was a member of the Order of Martha. Mary Jane enjoyed cooking and baking, especially making hosts at the Basilica, in her spare time. Surviving are three daughters, Elaine Sulentic, of Waterloo, Ann (Lyle) McQuillen, of Dubuque, and Grace (Dave) Pins, of Farley; two sons, Allen (Pat) Willenbring, of Dubuque, and Jerry (Kay) Willenbring, of Cannon Falls, Minn.; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Ron Sulentic; four brothers, Joseph, in infancy, Arnold, Carl and Melvin Kluesner; three brothers-in-law, Norbert, Sylvester W. and Cyril W. Willenbring; and three sisters-in-law, Hilda Menke, Marie Clemen and Evelyn Demmer.
