Nixon, well known Fairfield resident who passed away at the Jefferson county hospital about 2 p.m. Thursday. Nixon, 66, was born Aug. 25, 1892, at Sewal, Iowa, the daughter of the late Edward and Eveline Millhouse Hull (sic. a/k/a Evelyn Millhouse Hull). She was united in marriage on Sept. 11, 1915, to Lloyd Nixon who preceded his wife in death on Aug. 21, 1951 (sic. he died on Aug. 20, 1951). Mrs. Nixon was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist church and had made her home with her sister, Mrs. Ruby Nixon, at 910 N. Tenth street for the past several years. She is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Ralph Hull, British Columbia, Canada; Florence Springer, Ottumwa; Clarence Hull, Fairfield; Mrs. Ruby Nixon, Fairfield; and Paul Hull, also of Fairfield. She was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
