She is survived by her husband, Jerry Smith of Rutledge; daughter, Lisa Coffey; grandchildren, Josh (Miranda) Coffey and Jordan (Paige) Coffey and new great-granddaughter, Raia due in December, all of New Tazewell; one sister and five brothers; and a host of friends and relatives.
