She was united in the ties of matrimony to William B. Hare, Nov. 27th, 1872. To this union were born six children, two of whom preceded her to the better world. She has left a husband, four promising children, an aged mother, brothers and sisters and many friends to mourn her impairable loss. She was a kind and affectionate wife, a loving mother, and a dutiful daughter. Her mild and cheerful disposition won for her many friends in her neighborhood, and with whomever she associated. She joined the Christian church in 1877, whose communion she dearly loved and most highly honored. She was truly an elect lady of the Lord, of womanly grace, gentle in word and action, of a meek and quiet spirit, which is of great price in the sight of God.
