Description	:	Funeral services were held at two o'clock Monday afternoon in the Klawitter Chapel in Nelson for Onnie E. Rennick, 84, a Nelson farm resident for most of his life. Mr. Rennick died Saturday in Brodstone Hospital at Superior following several months of failing health. Onnie E. Rennick, son of Thomas and Lettie Rennick, was born Jan. 23, 1877, near Peoria, Ill. Rennick, 84, a Nelson farm resident for most of his life. Mr. Rennick died Saturday in Brodstone Hospital at Superior following several months of failing health. Onnie E. Rennick, son of Thomas and Lettie Rennick, was born Jan. 23, 1877, near Peoria, Ill. He passed away at Superior, Nebr., on July 15, 1961, at the age of 84 years, 5 months and 22 days. He spent the greater part of his life in Nuckolls county (sic) on the farm. On March 19, 1907, he was united in marriage to Pearl A. Oldham at Nelson, Nebr. He was united with the Nelson Christian Church in 1918. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Pearl, and two nieces, Mrs. Velma Troudt and Mrs. Hazel Klugherz of Boise, Ida., and a host of friends. The Rev. Mr. Ewel Vaughan, the church pastor, officiated at the final rites. Burial was made in the Nelson cemetery (sic). The Nelson Gazette, Thursday, July 20, 1961
