Description	:	*Handwritten: 1898 ORPHA GOULD was born near Birmingham, June 15th, 1876 and died August 31st, 1898, aged 22 years, 2 months and 16 days. She united with the Presbyterian church in the winter of 1893. She was one of those blessed, pure characters that imparts good to others. During all her sickness there was not a murmur, "Thy will be done" was her motto. She has been an invalid two years. Since the death of her sister Ruth last October she has not cared to live. They were inseparable companions in life, and at the time of her sister's death she expressed... She united with the Presbyterian church in the winter of 1893. She was one of those blessed, pure characters that imparts good to others. During all her sickness there was not a murmur, "Thy will be done" was her motto. She has been an invalid two years. Since the death of her sister Ruth last October she has not cared to live. They were inseparable companions in life, and at the time of her sister's death she expressed a willingness and in fact a desire to be with her. There was no murmur or complaint of her lot. A few days before death she said she was ready but desired to live to assist in the care of her father and mother in their declining years. The family have the sympathy of all. Twice in the year death has visited this home, and in each case has found its victim prepared. The funeral services were held from the family residence Friday morning and was largely attended, forty vehicles being in the procession when it reached town. The services were under the supervision of Rev. J.E.
