Description	:	Patsy W. Elder ,Age 82,Passed away on January 21, 2019. A resident of Germantown for 65 years, was born and raised in Boyds and Bethesda, Maryland. Following graduation from Richard Montgomery High School, she began working for (then) C&P Telephone Company where she would remain until retirement nearly 40 years later. Upon retirement, she volunteered at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and in Montgomery County Public Schools as a reading tutor for many years. Relatives and friends will be received at PUMPHREY’S COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Montgomery Ave. (Rt. 28 just off I-270), Rockville, MD on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 3-6 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 520 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 10:00 am. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
