Glen was born on May 22, 1933 in Thurston, Nebraska, the son of Huey and Doris (Milton) Duncan. Glen graduated from Thurston High School in 1950, joining the U.S. army and serving from 1953 to 1955. Glen was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed gardening playing cards and attending sporting events. Glen is survived by his wife, Doris, two children: Tom Duncan and his wife Cathy of Emerson, NE, and Ron Duncan of Pender, NE, a brother, Marvin Duncan of Hubbard, NE, a sister, Joyce Blair of Homer, NE, grandchildren: Mick Duncan and his wife Rebecca of Emerson, NE, Aliscia Anderson and her husband Aaron of Fremont, NE, Andy Duncan and his wife Amber of Fort Riley, KS, and Tommy Duncan of Pender, NE. he is also survived by eight great grandchildren, sisters-in-law: Rachel Belt of Emerson, NE, Ester Watkins of Hubbard, NE and Ruby Duncan of Thurston, and several nieces and nephews. Glen was preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Dorothy Casey, Georgia Duncan, an infant sister, and a brother, LeRoy Duncan. Interment was in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
