Description	:	Reginald Homer "Reggie" Burroughs was born 10 Apr 1889, in Trego Co, KS to James Washington "Jim" and Mary Leota "Ota" Chronister Burroughs. His parents were homesteading in western KS. They would then move to OH for a few years, and then, in 1897, back to Cloud Co., KS, where his parents purchased several farms. His siblings were Lloyd, Wanda, Donald, Nola Dale and Dallas. Read More	Reginald Homer "Reggie" Burroughs was born 10 Apr 1889, in Trego Co, KS to James Washington "Jim" and Mary Leota "Ota" Chronister Burroughs. His parents were homesteading in western KS. The care bestowed on him by his immediate family members constituted his chief source of pleasure and enjoyment. He liked to tease his nieces and nephews, and enjoyed being around them. At the time of his death, he was living with his mother and brother, Donald, on a farm in Ottawa KS. He died 24 Dec 1940, and was buried in Pleasant Hill Cem. on the same plot as his parents, his brother Lloyd and his grandmother.
