Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 17, at 2:00 p.m. from the Klawitter-Price Funeral Home Chapel in Nelson with Pastor Jerry Heydenberk officiating. Burial will be in the Nelson Cemetery. Duncan and Minnie (Sims) Duncan, was born in Oak, Nebraska, December 31, 1911, and passed away at Harvard, Nebraska, at the age of 76 years, 10 months and 13 days. Roberta attended school in Oak, Nelson and York, all in Nebraska. She married Archie Donaldson. After their marriage they enjoyed traveling thru the western and the southern states, then making their home in Clay Center, Kansas. Roberta was always a cheerful, joyful person and after her husband became ill she cared for him in their home. He passed away in 1980, and she moved to Harvard, Nebraska, in 1982. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers, Lyle, Donald, Clifford and Everett; one sister; and one step son. Survivors are one brother, Robert J. Duncan; five sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; one step-daughter, Ramona M. Murk of Concordia, Kansas; one step-son, James Donaldson and his wife Teresa of St. Charles, Illinois; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
