Description	:	Mrs. Wm. Henning Sr. passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. I.G. Prucha of Crete Tuesday morning at 2:30 o'clock. Mrs. Henning was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Demmer and was born March 7, 1876 at Golz, Hungary. She was baptized in the Lutheran church at that place. In June 1882 she with her parents came to this country and settled on a farm six miles east of Crete where she lived until the death of her husband in June 1936 after which she made her home with her children. On April 14, 1889... Read More	Mrs. Wm. Henning Sr. passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. I.G. Prucha of Crete Tuesday morning at 2:30 o'clock. Mrs. Henning was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Demmer and was born March 7, 1876 at Golz, Hungary. She was baptized in the Lutheran church at that place. In June 1882 she with her parents came to this country and settled on a farm six miles east of Crete where she lived until the death of her husband in June 1936 after which she made her home with her children. On April 14, 1889 she was confirmed in St. John Evangelical church in Kramer by Rev. Huber. She was united in marriage to William Henning on February 6, 1896 by Rev. Lohr, pastor of the church at that time. To this union were born five children. On May 19, 1932 Mrs. Henning suffered a paralytic stroke from which she partially recovered. On January 30, 1932 she again was stricken which left her a complete invalid. She reached the age of 63 years and 8 months. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one sister, and two brothers. She is survived by her five children, Wm., George, Arthur, and I.G. Prucha, all of Crete, and Amanda Bauer of Syracuse, 12 grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services were held in the Kramer Lutheran Church at 2 o'clock today, Rev. W.M.
