He was a Mason as well as a Shriner and a member of Eureka Baptist Church. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by brothers, Lewis Whiten, Charles " Frog" Whiten, Hurbert Whiten, Ralph Whiten, Don Whiten, and sisters, Veneeta Smith, Dorothy Cooper, Rachel Walden. |
