Hollenbeck, son of Sylvester Hollenbeck of the same neighborhood. The words that made them man and wife were pronounced by Rev. Mrs. Hollenbeck is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hatcher and possesses all those fine qualifications that go to make a good wife. Mr. Hollenbeck is an industrious young man of splendid habits and will no doubt make her a good husband. They will reside for the present with her parents. (Contributed by MO Gal) . Ruby Hollenbeck, 81, died Friday at her home here [Shelbyville]. She had been seriously ill only a short time. Mrs. Hollenbeck was born June 12, 1885, a daughter of Frank and Orinda (Robison) Hatcher. She was married to George Hollenbeck on January 4, 1911, who preceded her in death. Surviving are: one son, Alvan Hollenbeck; one daughter, Mrs. Lawrence (Elma) Bennett, both of Shelbyville; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by one brother, Roy Hatcher. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Shelbyville Methodist Church with burial in the local I.O.O.F. Cemetery [Shelbyville]. The Rev. Maurice Hinds officiated. Greening Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. (Contributed by MO Gal)
