A member of Bean Station Baptist Church, she is survived by her husband, Raymond T. Layel Sr.; sons, Raymond T. Layel Jr., C. Kenneth Layel and Lowell B. Layel, all of Bean Station; a daughter, Lois Spradling of Bean Station; sister, Maude Layel of Morristown; brother, Roy Long of Bean Station; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
