Reynolds, of Madison, N.C., a former resident of Crisfield, died Saturday morning at the Wesley Long Hospital, Greensboro, N.C., where she had been a patient for ten days. She was 56 years of age, and the daughter of the late Charles Goldsborough and Mrs. Nancy M. Nelsen Goldsborough of Crisfield. SARAH GOLDSBOROUGH DIED ON SATURDAY Former Resident Passed Away In Hospital In North Carolina Funeral Services Held Here On Tuesday Mrs. Sarah G. Reynolds, of Madison, N.C., a former resident of Crisfield, died Saturday morning at the Wesley Long Hospital, Greensboro, N.C., where she had been a patient for ten days. She was 56 years of age, and the daughter of the late Charles Goldsborough and Mrs. Nancy M. Nelsen Goldsborough of Crisfield. She was twice married her first husband being the late John Greenwell, who was lost at sea when his ship went down in a storm. Her second husband was the late John Reynolds, who died at Madison, North Carolina, January 8th, this year. Besides her mother she is survived by two brothers, Robert and Charles W. Goldsborough of Crisfield, four sisters, Mrs. Rena Evans, of Crisfield, Mrs. Audry Rayfield, of Washington, Mrs. Mayne Powell of Salisbury and Mrs. Julia Longbottom of Philadelphia. A number of nephews and nieces also survive. Her body was brought to Crisfield in the Bradshaw Ambulance and rested at the home of her mother, Mrs. Nancy Goldsborough, who lives in the suburbs, where the largely attended funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at 2.30 the services conducted by Rev. J.T. Rowlenson. Solos were sung by Mr. Lemuel Ward and Mrs. Pauline Nelson. Interment was in the family cemetery in Lawsonia. Pall bearers: John, Ottwell, Charles, and Robert Goldsborough, Nelson Evans and Charles Riggin. The large attendance at the funeral and the many florist designs were evidence of the high esteem in which she was held by those who knew her.
