Bonnett and Mrs. Anna Nelson of Birmingham, Iowa. The husband died about ten years ago. …Her second marriage was to Capt. J. T. Morris of Long Beach, Cal., October 12, 1918, he being left to mourn her departure. …Sister Deahl Morris was a faithful and devoted Christian, always at her post when her health would permit, regular at church services, her testimony to a definite work of grace in her heart could not be doubted. …She was loved by all. The bereaved husband has lost a faithful companion, the home a kind mother, the community a dear friend, the church a strong and devoted member. …Funeral services were held at the Free Methodist church at Birmingham, Friday afternoon, October 8th, at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. F. C. Behner, assisted by Rev. R. N. Bailey and A. A. Brennehan. A special song, "A Perfect Day," was sung by Mrs. R. N. Bailey. Interment was in the Maple Hill cemetery at Birmingham.
