Description	:	Note: Memorial updated January 28, 2015: First wife of John McIntire, married on September 11, 1870. Mother of eleven children per her obituary as shown on this memorial. Not all have been fully accounted for on a McIntire family group sheet - any clarifications would be appreciated. It now appears likely that some of them were raised by other family members, as John may not have been able to raise them all by himself. At least one son, Harry, appears to have been raised (but not formally adopted) by a Martin Heffelfinger, who may have been an uncle of Sarah's. Sarah has a full headstone monument in the plot in second addition. After her husband, John, died in 1913 in a downtown Fairfield traffic accident, he was laid to rest in a unmarked grave next to Sarah. His second wife, Anna, is also buried in an unmarked grave in what now appears to be a grassy area to the south (left of monument) side of Sarah's monument.
