Description	:	Urias Garet died at his home in Shenandoah last Saturday after an illness of influenza which developed into pneumonia. He was 31 years, 5 months, and 23 days old. A short funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 at the grave and interment was made in the cemetery here, Rev. E. S. Mocher officiated. Urias Solomon Carey was born near Grat, Iowa, May 3, 1887. Besides his wife and children and parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Garey of this city, deceased leaves three sisters, Mrs. Henry Carmichael, living north of town, Mrs. Henry Chapman of Walnut, and Mrs. Martin Straight of Sciola; also three brothers, Ray D. Garey of Camp Pike, Little Rock, Arkansas, and Glen and Don of this city. All the immediate relatives were present at the services with the exception of the brother Ray.
