A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Pleasant Plain, with the Rev. Charles J. Fladung officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in East Pleasant Plain. Open visitation at the church will begin at 4 p.m. Monday. Mrs. Mineart was born Dec. 8, 1932, in Washington, Pa., the daughter of Frank E. and Janice Lohr Hickman. She married Raymond P. Mineart Dec. 5, 1970, in Newhall, Calif. He died July 18, 1999. Mrs. Mineart grew up in Washington, Pa., and graduated from Washington High School 1952. She worked in a glass factory in Pennsylvania and later in California. She moved to Brighton in 1983 where she was a housewife. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Altar and Rosary Society, Catholic Daughters of America and an active Parent-Teacher Association volunteer. Her pastimes included spending time with her grandchildren, needlework and collecting spoons. Mrs. Mineart is survived by one daughter, Janice Mineart of Des Moines; one son, Henry Mineart of Washington, Iowa; four grandchildren; and three brothers, William and Robert Hickman both of Washington, Penn. and John Hickman of Dudley, Mass. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Paul Hickman.
