Description	:	BRYAN - Lawrence Koeppe, 76, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 13, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee, Ohio, where he was a patient, after a brief illness. Mr. Koeppe was a graduate of Ney High School and graduated from Defiance College with a bachelor's degree in education. During his teaching career, he taught at Stryker High School, McClure High School and then for 26 years at Holgate High School, retiring with a total of 35 years of service. Read More	BRYAN - Lawrence Koeppe, 76, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 13, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee, Ohio, where he was a patient, after a brief illness. Mr. Koeppe was a graduate of Ney High School and graduated from Defiance College with a bachelor's degree in education. During his teaching career, he taught at Stryker High School, McClure High School and then for 26 years at Holgate High School, retiring with a total of 35 years of service. He also was a farmer and raised and showed Clydesdale horses. He was a member of the Ney United Methodist Church and was a Washington Township Trustee for eight years. W. Lawrence Koeppe was born on Jan. 31, 1936, in Bryan, the son of Clifford L. and Eunice (Garber) Koeppe. Survivors include many cousins, friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Roger Koeppe. Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 W. Mulberry St., Bryan, with Pastor Ron Adkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Ney Cemetery. Calling will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorials are to the Ney United Methodist Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
