Description	:	St Paris News Dispatch May 28, 1914 While walking in the John C Norman woods, about a mile and a half southeast of Millerstown, Mr and Mrs George Runyan found the lifeless body of William Neil, a bachelor who had lived in the neighborhood for years. The body was in a terrible condition, lying face down on the arms. Mr and Mrs Runyan went to the home of a neighbor and called Coroner Wolfe of Urbana. The funeral was held from the Concord Church on Monday. Burial was made in Concord Cemetery. Rev Miller conducted the services.... The body was in a terrible condition, lying face down on the arms. Mr and Mrs Runyan went to the home of a neighbor and called Coroner Wolfe of Urbana. The funeral was held from the Concord Church on Monday. Burial was made in Concord Cemetery. Rev Miller conducted the services. Coroner Wolfe's verdict was that he committed suicide. He had slashed his throat with a razor. Neil had lived alone in an old abandoned schoolhouse. About four years ago, he purchased the Zimmerman schoolhouse in Mad River Twp, two miles southeast of Millerstown. He is believed to have killed himself either Thursday or Friday. Mr Neil leaves four sisters and two brothers. They are Mrs Isaac Zimmerman of Millerstown, Mrs Stephen Greathouse of Concord Twp, Mrs Susan Sarver of Harrison Twp, Mrs George Benton of Springhill, Samuel Neil of Concord Twp and James Neil of Springhill.
