Description	:	Eden Reformed Congregation was organized for the German settlers in the area in 1850 with services held by Rev. W. R. Yearick in homes and the Quay schoolhouse. In 1851 the church was constructed on land donated by David Bechdel. The adjoining cemetery was used exclusively for members of the church. The membership grew steadily for many years, but declined about the turn of the century. The church was closed in 1927.
